LongbowJo™ was born on my great-grandfather’s land in Saint-Moïse. Three generations later, I am working to bring this land back into production through seasonal syrups, transformed wood, local products and a circular economy.

Saint-Moïse
Family land brought back into production
LongbowJo™ was not born in an office. The project starts from family land, simple buildings, wood to transform, maple stands to bring back into production and a workshop being built step by step.
The goal is to create a small local circular economy: use what the land provides, transform it more intelligently, sell honest products and build a durable base for the future.
LongbowJo™ carries the products: seasonal syrups, piece-on-piece cabin, honey when available, transformed wood and land-based goods in limited quantities.
Each bottle, board and LongbowJo™ product is part of this progressive rebuilding work.
